Genuine Fiamma Premium S conversion kit, designed to convert compatible Fiamma Rail Quick and Rail Premium bicycle rails into Rail Premium S rails.

The kit consists of 2 replacement Premium S hooks which replace the standard rail hooks. Once fitted, the upgraded rail offers the additional adjustment associated with the Premium S system, helping the bike rails to be positioned to suit bicycles of different sizes.

Fiamma's 2026 catalogue states that for Pro and Pro C Carry-Bike models, compatibility is guaranteed only for versions manufactured before 2023 with round tubes.
