  • This pump is an original Johnson Pump SPX Flow Sweden product. Unlike cheap Asian counterparts, the original Johnson Pump SPX-FLOW motor offers: correct liquid flow, significantly longer service life, excellent self-priming, proper engine cooling immediately after start
  • The pumps are made for continuous operation as well as a voltage drop of ±20°. Temperature ranges: liquid: -40°C to +100°C environment: -40°C to +70°C max. System pressure: 2.5 bar. The pumps must not be used for dirty water, which contains coarse foreign particles.
  • High-performance magnetic, sealless circulation pumps with brush motors for continuous use. Compact and powerful, ideal for circulation tasks such as: circulation of water/frost protection in heating systems for cars, boats, recreational vehicles etc; Circulation for cooling fresh water in vehicles; All-round pumps wherever self-priming is not necessarily required
  • The unique design of the SPX FLOW circulation pump ensures maximum durability, especially when the end user does not start the pump regularly: constant pressure supply over time - minimal fatigue damage - good engine cooling when starting. The pumps of the CM series are normal suction centrifugal pumps and should be mounted so that they are always flooded or sucked before switching on
  • The pumps should not be used for dirty water with hard particles.
  • Caution: Do not pump petrol, solvents, thinners, highly concentrated or organic acids. If corrosive liquids need to be promoted, the life of the pump is extended if rinsed with water after each use or after each day of work
  • The pump must be installed according to ISO 10133 (small watercraft - electrical system - low voltage DC installation for continuous current). Other electrical appliances, such as switch, circuit breaker, installed between the pump and the positive (+) line on the battery (on the red cable). Please note that the fuse must be ignited.
  • All electrical connections must be placed above the highest bilge water level. All wire connections should be sealed with a marine sealant, e.g. Vaseline, silicone rubber or grease.
  • When the pump is connected with separate ground line, this should be yellow/green and connected to the motor base. See wiring diagram for correct installation. Negative cable must be refilled in black with the conveyor fluid. The pumps must not run dry. A short-term dry running does not damage the pump. Please note that more than 30 minutes of dry running makes the pump unusable. Note: When dry running, running noise can be heard. Please note: the pump must always run in the direction of rotation
  • Installation regulations: the CM pumps are normal suction centrifugal pumps and must be filled with the conveyor fluid before commissioning. The pumps must not run dry. A short-term dry running does not damage the pump. Please note that more than 30 minutes of dry running makes the pump unusable. Note: When dry running, running noise can be heard.
